Park Regulations and Regulations

Dear Visitors,

Welcome to Hong Kong Disneyland Park! We strive to offer a comfortable, safe and enjoyable experience for all our Visitors. You can help us by always remembering the following:

Everyone, bags, parcels, clothing, and other objects may be checked by screening procedures / security checks at the entrance of the Park and also within the Park.
We reserve the right to ban any bags, parcels, or other items to be brought into the Park, and take action against items left unattended in a manner that we deem appropriate to do.
Please apply courteously to other Taman Guests and our Cast Members by not using obscene words or doing things that are unsafe, illegal, offensive or offensive to others. For your safety and for others, please do not run.
Please respect the other Garden Guests during your visit and remain careful not to bump, push or precede other people's queues. In addition, all members of the group must queue simultaneously. Group members are forbidden to join other members already in line.
Appropriate clothing, including shoes and shirts, should always be worn. Costumes should not be worn by Guests aged 16 years or older. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person wearing clothes we deem inappropriate or clothing that may interfere with other Guest's experience.
For the convenience of all guests, tobacco cigarettes, electric cigarettes or other smoke-generating products are only permitted in the smoking area provided. Please see the Park Guide Map to find out where the smoking is provided or ask Cast members for help.
Please keep an eye on your children and take care of the elderly. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a Guest who is 16 or older to enter the Park. To get to attractions, children under 7 should be accompanied by a person aged 16 years or older.
Access to attractions is subject to safety rules for each attraction.
For your safety as well as other Garden Guests and Cast Members, you must comply with all alerts in the Park and directions provided by Cast Member.

Please indicate your ticket (and ask for a Ticket Label confirmation or indicate your personal identity if we request it from time to time) to enter the Park. Tickets and stamps on hand (or confirmation of your Ticket Label or personal identity if we request from time to time) are required to re-enter the Park on the same day.

Tickets and other rights are non-transferable, non-redeemable, nonrefundable, canceled and void if changed. Tickets must be used by the same person for the duration and do not apply to special events that require a separate entrance fee.

The following items are not allowed to be taken to the Park:
Hazardous ingredients.
All kinds of weapons, or objects that resemble or impress as weapons or toys.
Food, alcoholic beverages or illegal substances.
Cans or glass containers.
Bags, boxes or luggage that are larger than 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm. If the operation requires this, we may refuse the trunk of entry to the Park.
Other wheeled trolleys (with the exception of a manual wheelchair, electrically powered mobility device with at least 3 wheels and an equivalent walking speed, and a stroller less than 92 cm X 132 cm).
Pets or other animals, except approved auxiliary animals (for example, dogs).
