Because how about the children who is very smart in everyday of school but at National exam they just got nervous and got the bad marks? it makes National exam feels just a miracle. Maybe there is children who didnt too smart but at National exam they got a miracle, and the children who is very smart and got nervous at the day and they answer the question wrong. And every student always thinking they spend their 3 years to study but their final is in the 3 or 4 days of exam. And in Indonesia we have so much lesson to learn but what we do in school, and the mark in our raports is nothing between the National exam.
